ENAMEL Copenhagen, founded in 2012 by designer Marie Rantzau, is a Danish jewellery brand. Our mission is to create joy through beautiful design. ENAMEL Copenhagen's jewellery is sold in department stores, lifestyle, and jewellery boutiques in over 15 different countries, as well as through our own online store.

We see significant potential for ENAMEL Copenhagen in the UK, and we are on the lookout for a dynamic, skilled, and commercially oriented Wholesale Area Sales Manager to join our UK team. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the sales territory in the south of the UK.

Your primary focus will be to accelerate growth in the UK, identifying new retailers, and nurturing existing ones. Responsibilities:

Manage ENAMEL Copenhagen’s existing wholesale network of independent and national partners through

regular contact and store visits.

Focus on ensuring brand standards, responsible sell in and maximising sell out.

Actively seek and engage new partners to drive sales growth.

Responsible for implementing and upholding the company visual merchandising and brand guidelines at all touch points.

Develop, negotiate, and manage relationships and agreements with partners to grow the territory and improve profitability.

Provide monthly reporting to cover sell in, sell out, forecasting and all other commercial matters.

Create efficient journey plans that maximise your time, and complete weekly visit reports.

Analyse and review sell out performance from our brand partners to ensure that an optimum assortment is placed, as well as generating profitable turnover for all parties.

Your profile:

You are a sales professional with experience in a similar position.

You have knowledge of the jewellery, fashion and/or lifestyle industry. You thrive in that world and are motivated by "living" the brand.

You believe that good sell through is achieved through brand partner visits and visual merchandising.

As a person, you are positive, helpful, flexible, independent, and eager to grow with our brand partners.

You are a team player and believe in the importance of working together and that we achieve the most by

behaving properly in all aspects.

Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges and a drive for continual improvement.

A confident decision maker and effective problem solver with an eye for detail.

You enjoy life on the road and are flexible with travel arrangements, able to travel with short notice and able to organise business trips independently both within the country and abroad if required.

Confident with data analysis and understanding of sell-through information.
